PR Measurement. It’s one of the hottest topics among Public Relations professionals. At a recent conference I attended, the speaker suggested sorting PR metrics into these four categories. Doing so can help you identify short-term gains your campaign is making. And, over time, you’ll be able to spot long-term trends.
